Look. I know. I already DID an arrange of UN owen. I know. The market for Flandre music is oversaturated. BUT. Consider the following. I love her a lot!!!! And I think i wanted to do that again. After all, it's my birthday. I do whatever I want. She's been my favorite for 10+yrs until the Getsu Twins took that from her I think she also gets to do whatever she wants. I love her so much!!! She's been my best friend since i was 13 of COURSE i wanna give her the spotlight!!

This is the culmination of me watching family friendly 80s monster comedies with mom this whole month. I basked in the vibes so much i had to do something. I'm supposed to be resting from the anguish from Vol.3's development and the post release adrenaline keeps me from doing that and i cant stop making new beats.
Can you blame me? No! Look at her!!! 199X Flan is BACK!!!! How could you say no she's just having a grand ol' time and showing you what she's learned from being Taught how to dance by Remi two years ago.
Also did you know I draw flandre with a reflective pupil (like cats dogs and other creatures that have night vision) now you know. that's what she's got going on in her eye in the cover. You're aware now.
